The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our activities as consultants, trainers, coaches as well as data processing when visiting our website. All our employees, network partners and, if applicable, sub-contractors in our customer projects are contractually bound to comply with this data protection declaration.

1) Contact with us

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions, and then deleted. We will not pass on this data without your consent.​​

2) Processing of your personal and sensitive data

We process the following personal data provided by you in the course of consultation/seminar or training:  Your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and, if applicable, VAT number, company register number and date of birth ("personal data"). If you also provide us with the following special categories of personal data in the course of our consulting, coaching or training activities, namely sensitive data concerning your current state of health or concerning existing diagnoses, illnesses or medication as well as confidential data concerning your private and intimate life, your religious, political or ideological beliefs or your professional life ("sensitive data"), we will process these only with your express consent.

4) Purposes for which the personal or sensitive data are to be processed and the legal basis for such processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: Processing and transmission of data in the context of providing consulting and training services to clients/participants and to those involved in the consulting process, including computer-aided creation and archiving of text documents (such as minutes, correspondence) in this matter. The processing is based on Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit b DSGVO.

Your sensitive data will be processed exclusively for the purposes of your counselling and care in the psychosocial field (coaching, life counselling). The processing is carried out on the basis of Art 9 para. 2 lit h DSGVO.

5) Personal data collected in the course of website use

5.1 Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. 

We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

Your personal data will be transferred to the following recipients in the course of our business activities: tax consultants, tax office, network partners and, if applicable, sub-contractors. Your sensitive data will not be disclosed.

7) Duration for which the personal or sensitive data is stored

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 7 years. Your sensitive data will be stored for a period of 3 years.

8) The need to provide personal or sensitive data

​

You are not obliged to provide your personal data. However, the provision of the following personal data, namely your name and address, (in the case of training or coaching, also your e-mail address) is necessary for the conclusion of a contract with the person responsible. You are not obliged to provide your sensitive data.

9) Your rights

​

You are basically entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated, please contact us immediately. You can also make a complaint to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority.
